My Story (AKA Why I Can’t Seem to Retire)
I’m in my 70s, supposedly “retired,” when I realize that something is missing. Not just for me, but for so many working women out there.
You know that nagging feeling that your work-life balance... isn’t?
That you’re not keeping your balance like a Zen master (and may even be an imposter!)
That’s what got me back on the speaking circuit.
Like a Marvel comic hero, I found a new superpower. I went from being Ronna to Granny Ronna. Being a tribal elder gives me the strength of Spiderman’s webs.
Back when I was just plain Ronna and not Granny Ronna, I spent decades on the choppy waters of Wall Street corporate business and entrepreneurship. You know what I learned?
Success isn’t only about climbing the corporate ladder.
A lot more of it has to do with a mastery of personal relationships, especially when it comes to money.

I haven’t always been a silver-haired granny!
In between smashing through Wall Street’s many beautiful glass ceilings and creating coaching programs for Oprah’s O Magazine, I was also a trailblazer in the earlier years of the internet, starting a video email company in 2008.
I’ve spoken at more Fortune 500 companies than I can count. I used to command rates of $20,000 a speech via an agency that had other little-known speakers on their books like Bill Clinton.
